My practice involves a client-centred and holistic approach to understanding the self and allowing for change, with a theoretical grounding in attachment-based therapies, psychodynamic therapy, and cognitive-behavioural therapy. My work is trauma- and feminist-informed, LGBTQ+ positive, and neurodiversity affirmative.
